Hoopla Heating & Plumbing has looked after homes, landlords and letting agents across Henley-on-Thames and the wider Thames Valley since 2016. Between the engineers, the team brings over 70 years of collective experience in the boiler and heating industry — head engineer Andy has worked in the local area since 2009.
We're a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer, which is our proudest badge: it means we can register a manufacturer's guarantee of up to 12 years on the boilers we fit — a length of cover only accredited engineers are allowed to offer. We're also Gas Safe registered for gas and OFTEC registered for oil and LPG, so we can look after homes on and off the mains grid.
The range runs well beyond boilers: full central heating, power flushing, landlord gas safety certificates, air source and ground source heat pumps, air conditioning (with 0% APR finance available), bathroom refurbishments and everyday plumbing — burst pipes, showers, taps and toilets. Nicky, who runs Hoopla, is a particular expert on landlords' certification and responsibilities.
But the clearest picture of the firm is in the reviews — a 4.8 rating on Google. Andy and Ollie fitting a Bosch split air-con system that was “efficient and tidy”. Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer
As an accredited installer we can register up to a 12-year guarantee on every new gas or oil boiler we fit — a warranty length only accredited engineers can offer, and the clearest sign a manufacturer trusts our workmanship.
Gas Safe Registered
By law, only a Gas Safe registered engineer may work on your boiler, gas appliances and flues. It is the single most important thing to check before letting anyone touch your gas — and every gas job we do is carried out to that standard.
OFTEC Registered
OFTEC registration covers oil-fired heating, so if you're off the mains gas grid on oil or LPG, the same team can service, repair and install your system safely and to competent-person standards.
