The full range Hoopla covers across Henley-on-Thames and the Thames Valley — each job diagnosed properly, priced clearly, and done without fuss. All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and oil & LPG by an OFTEC registered one.
Boiler Installation
A new boiler is a big decision, so we help you choose the right make and size for your home rather than the one that suits us. As a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer we can register a manufacturer's guarantee of up to 12 years on the boilers we fit — a length of cover only accredited engineers can offer. Everything is installed cleanly, tested, and the guarantee registered before we leave.
Boiler Repairs
With over 70 years of collective experience behind the team, a boiler fault is usually something we've met before. We diagnose the actual problem rather than just resetting and hoping, explain what's wrong in plain English, and get your heating and hot water back. Boiler Servicing
A yearly service catches small problems before they become a winter breakdown, keeps the boiler running efficiently, and — importantly — keeps a Worcester Bosch guarantee valid. Carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, quickly and tidily, at a time that suits you. We'll send a reminder when yours is due so it never lapses.
Oil & LPG Boilers
Being OFTEC registered as well as Gas Safe means we look after homes on oil and LPG just as thoroughly as those on mains gas — servicing, repairs and full installations to competent-person standards. If you're rural or off-grid around the Thames Valley, you don't need a separate specialist.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
Nicky, who runs Hoopla, is an expert on landlords' certification and responsibilities, so landlord gas safety (CP12) is a core part of what we do. We book it in, carry it out and certify it on time, keeping you compliant without the last-minute scramble. Letting agents with a portfolio are very welcome.
Power Flushing
Cold spots at the bottom of radiators, noisy pipework and a boiler working harder than it should are usually signs of sludge and debris in the system. A power flush clears it out, restores circulation and protects the boiler — often the missing step that makes a heating system feel new again.
Central Heating & Gas Leaks
New radiators and valves, upgraded controls, balancing a system that heats unevenly, and full central-heating work. If you ever smell gas, that's a job for a Gas Safe registered engineer — we can attend, make it safe and put right the fault. Air Source Heat Pumps
Air source heat pumps draw warmth from the outside air to heat your home and hot water, running efficiently even in cold weather. We assess whether your property genuinely suits one — insulation, radiators, space — and install it properly, so you get the running-cost and carbon benefits rather than a system that never quite performs.
Ground Source Heat Pumps
Where there's ground to work with, a ground source heat pump offers some of the most stable, efficient heating available, drawing warmth from below the surface all year round. It's a bigger project than a boiler swap, so we talk you through the groundworks, the running costs and whether it's the right call for your home before anything is committed.
Air Conditioning Installations
